Use this menu on the Articles main tab to manage, load and save personal workspaces, and to toggle panes, toolbars, palettes etc.

FUNCTION

DESCRIPTION

Workspace Manager

Display the dialog box with the list of all saved workspaces.

For the description of the dialog box, see Workspace manager. To learn more about workspaces, see Personal workspaces.

Save Workspace

Display the dialog box to save the current screen displacement as a named workspace.

For more information about saving workspace and related options, see Save workspace.

Load Workspace

Display the dialog box to load a named workspace and to apply it to the current screen layout.

Toggle Navigator

Toggle left Navigator.

To learn how to use Navigators, see the Navigator chapter. To find quickly a description of any navigator, see List of default navigators.

Web Workspace	Load the workspace you saved as Web or - if you hold SHIFT pressed - as Web2 (if there is such workspace).
Print Workspace	Load the workspace saved as Print (if any).

Select Article Layout	Display the article layout dialog box to select the panes displacement. See Switch between views.
Split to Source and WYSIWYG Vertically Split to Source and WYSIWYG Horizontally	Split article window vertically or horizontally.
Source Only With Unjustified Text	Remove split and show only the draft unjustified text. See also Unjustify text.
WYSIWYG Only	Remove split and show only the "as-in-page" text.
Toggle Vertical Split Toggle Horizontal Split	Toggle vertical and horizontal split.
Floating Web Preview	Toggle floating Web preview. See Preview current article for Web.
Docked Web Preview	Restore docked Web preview.
Article Tree	Toggle display of the article tree. See Article Tree and Attributes Pane.
Toolbars Main, Formatting, Text Style, Regions, Article, Table, Search ToolBar, Global Search ToolBar, Show All, Hide All	Toggle display of specified toolbar, or show all toolbars, or hide all toolbars. To learn about toolbars, see Toolbars.
Palettes Attributes, HTML/XML Preview, Audit, Versions, Web Comments, Compact Palette, Characters Palette, Paragraph Palette, Formatting Errors, Script Editor	Toggle display of specified palettes. Palettes Sidebar Text Font, Text Color/Effects, Text Underline, Text Hyphenation/Mode, Paragraph General, Paragraph Vertical Justification, Paragraph Spacing and Area Breaks, Paragraph Stretch and Shrink, Paragraph Letter Fill, Paragraph Drop Capital, Paragraph Area Fill, Open All Palettes	Toggle display of specified palette in the right sidebar, or open all palettes.
