Review and define toolbars on the Publishing main tab in TED4_TABITEMS.XML file, GN4ShellConfiguration > GN4ShellMenus > Menuset Name="Ted4PubDest" > ToolbarList.

Main toolbar

The toolbar on the Publishing main tab contains following icons:

1- New destination

2- Check-out the current destination. It is dimmed for destinations, already checked-out by you.

3- Check-in the current destination. It is dimmed for destinations, not checked-out by you.

4- Save changes.

5- Synchronize the staging mode with what's really published.

6- Peform multi-crop.

7- Publish all content items of the current publishing destination

8- Refresh the list.

9- Display configuration dialog box.

10-Display page, with URL specified in your preferences (Edit > Preferences > Home URL).

11-Hide list of assigned content (hold SHIFT to reduce its width to 50%)

12-Default display: assigned content and preview pane.

13-Hide preview pane.

Destination tab toolbar

A     B      C            D                           E              F

A- move selected items up (you can also use ALT+é)

B- move selected items down (you can also use ALT+ê)

C- remove selected items from the list

D- show only items in specified format

E- select the working mode

F- select to display HTML or XML
