When you open a destination as explained in Open one or more destinations, by default, it opens in Staging mode.

It may appear in three ways:

•Empty list: no items are assigned, or published on the given destination.

•Up-to-date list of published items: the list displayed contains all items that were published, and there were no changes since.

•Intermediate state: list of items you intend to publish (staging), that is different than what was published.

Sync destination with what's published

1.Check-out the destination.

2.On the Destinations menu, select Sync staging to publish.

3.Confirm when prompted.

The current list is replaced with the list of items that are published. If staging list was different, all those changes are lost.
