1.Open the Editions main tab.

2.On the Navigator, in Title, select your title, and then tick Template.

3.Select an edition template in the list.

4.On the File menu, click New From.

5.In the window, review pages and layers list to ensure that it corresponds to your needs. If so, on the File menu, click Save and then set edition date and deadline time, edition number (if needed), work state, name and description as you want.

6.Click OK to save a new edition.

Note

When you save edition, thumbnails of pages are created only if in your preferences (Edit > Preferences > Extra) you've selected Create page thumbnails on saving a new edition.
