You may want to reverse a headline.

Let's see how you can do it manually, step-by-step, starting with a standard headline on which you applied an appropriate paragraph style

Click to toggle graphic size

In the first step, end the text editing, and then click to select the headline frame. On the Area/Image colors palette, select the K fill color. As the text is still black, it temporarily disappears:

Now, double-click the headline frame, press CTRL+A, and then on the Text Color/Effects palette, select the White or [Paper] color: the text is displayed again.

Click to toggle graphic size

Fine tuning: end text editingù, click the headline frame, and then on the Justification palette, enter the frame margin in Border margin.
