Use the Justification (Just) palette to review and change the vertical text displacement of the selected frames.

Use the Vertical space list to select the justification type. Available values are: Distributed (default), top, bottom, and User defined or Other. When you select Other, it enables boxes T(top) and B(bottom), where you can type values or select from the list.
Use Border align to set the border margin. One margin is used for all sides of the frame.
