Open one or more destinations

In Ted4/Fred4

You can open one or more destinations on the Publishing main tab in Ted4 or Fred4. When a destination is opened, you can review (but not manage the published content, add more or remove some - you need to check the destination out first). If more destinations are opened, you can drag content between them, as long both are checked-out.

1.In Ted4 or Fred4, open the Publishing main tab, or click it if it's already opened.

2.On the Navigator, locate a destination. Expand, if it is multi-level, as explained in Publishing destinations.

3.Double-click a destination to open it.

4.To open another destination, double-click it.

5.To arrange open destinations, right-click any tab, and then select what you want.

Notes

When a destination is opened, it does not prevent other users to open it as well.

By default, a publishing destination opens in Staging mode.

In browser

You can open one destination on the Publish main tab in the Browser. When a destination is opened, you can review (but not manage the published content, add more or remove some - you need to check the destination out first).

1.In the User Browser, click the Publish tab.

2.On the Destinations tree, click a destination to open. Wait until the destination content appears on the Published items pane.
