To get assistance while you work
•To display GN4 help, press F1. More...
•To display help for a dialog box, click the Help button (where available). More...
•To display the GN4 help, click the Start button, and then locate the GN4 menu (if any), and then click Help.
•To display Windows help, click Start, and then click Help. This will display the standard Microsoft Windows help.
•To display SQL help, on the GN4 server, click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft SQL server, and then click Books Online. This will display the standard Microsoft help for SQL.

The documentation is also available as Web help on http://tech.teradp.com/tech/html/gn4/docs/guides/gn4/gn4_index.html.
You can access the Web pages only if you have an Internet connection and you know the user name and the password. All registered Tera customers with a valid maintenance contract are entitled to request the user name and the password for access to the documentation and download pages. The date of the last update is clearly visible on the bottom of the entry page.
