You need to subscribe to access the Tera resources: Web site, this documentation in the Web help format, Tera forum, and Bug Genie

The Tera Web site, the Web help, forum and Bug Genie are accessible only while you are connected to Internet and you have the appropriate user name and a password.

All Miles 33 customers with a valid maintenance contract are entitled to request the user name and the password for access to the documentation and download Web pages.

To register to access the Tera Web site

1.Connect to http://subscribe.teradp.com/

2.Enter required data and then click Submit.

Your application will be validated via e-mail. Your request will be submitted to your dealer and you will soon receive your username and password to access the Tera Technical Site. You can edit your profile and change username and password anytime. Tera DP will handle your personal data according to the Italian regulation about personal privacy (Art. 10 675/96).

Once received the sign-in information (user name and password), use the following link to connect to Web help: .

To register to access to the Tera forum

Send the mail to the support.it@miles33.com and request the user name and password, adding also the forum sections you want to be granted access to.

To register to access to the Bug Genie

Send the mail to the support.it@miles33.com and request the user name and password.
