The InCopy submenu is available on the InDesign Edit menu. This submenu has always the same content, independently of the selected tool, or the selected item.

Add * to Assignment

This series of submenus allow you to manage InCopy assignments for the listed items.

Export

This series of submenus allow you to export the listed items to InCopy.

Save Content

Save the content changes. See Save article changes on page.

Check *

This series of commands manage the content check-out and check-in.

Check Out: checks the selected articles out and allow you to edit the content. See Check-out and edit article text on page.

Check In: checks the selected articles out and allow others to edit the content. See Check-in article on page.

Check In All: checks in all the GN4 related items on the current page.

Cancel Check Out: cancels check-out of the selected items.

Update Content

Update the linked content. See Update Articles Content.
