When you're done with the editing of an article on an InDesign page, you may want to check the changes in.
This will allow other users to edit such article.
Note: the outcome of the check in command depends on the status of the Auto CheckOut command.
To check-in an article on a page (if not editing it)
On the toolbar, click the Selection Tool, and then click at least one frame (if more are linked) with the article element you want to check in.
On the Edit menu, point to InCopy, and then click Check In.
To check-in an article on a page (if editing it and Auto CheckOut is not ticked)
While editing it, right-click it, point to InCopy, and then click Check In.
To check-in an article on a page (if editing it and Auto CheckOut is ticked)
While editing it, right-click it, point to InCopy, and then click Check In. Anyhow, the plug-in automatically re-checks-out the article element.
