Editing Text Content

You can edit text in the following ways:

Edit text of articles

On the Articles main tab: in the source pane, or in WYSIWYG pane

On the Pages main tab: in the Text Editor or on page.

On the Article editor in the GN4 browser/I4. See Articles editor in User Browser and Articles editor in I4.

Writing and editing in the source pane on the Articles main tab or in the Text Editor split on the Pages main tab allows the entire text to appear in the typeface, size, and spacing that you specify, without layout or formatting distractions. All the text is displayed including the overset text. The status bar shows how much text is filling the frame, and a double line indicates where is the overset.

Edit text in properties dialog boxes

You can edit object descriptions, e.g. image/audio/video summary in the properties dialog box. This displays plain text only with no formatting at all.
