1.Display tags as explained in Turn on and off tags in the source view.

2.Place the cursor at the beginning of the line you want to use as a bottom aligned signature, and then insert tags: >eld 0,InfA<

3.Write the signature text after tags.

4.Write the text in the paragraph above the last line. It will align to bottom of the column.

Note

•Do not use the third parameter of the >eld...< tag in such case; set to InfA too, it will disable the overset alert.

•To restore the text alignment to normal, remove the tag from the paragraph.
