GN4 files and prerequisites for manual installing of the version 2.4 (main) are stored in the downloads area on the Tera FTP server.
The downloads area is protected by a user name and password and it accessible to Tera staff, Tera dealers and customers who subscribed the maintenance contract.
If you are not a member register at http://subscribe.teradp.com. Subscription is subjected to approval. See Registering to access the Tera Web site and forum.
In this step you will only download all required files, and later you will install them. Different files are required for 32-bit or 64-bit operating systems.
Note: If your local time zone is behind the Milan's time zone, and you are about to download files that have been compiled today, see "Touch" date for files with date in future.
Where to store downloaded files?
It is recommended to temporarily store all downloaded files in the folder described in the "Folder for downloaded GN4 files and updates" in Create GN4 folders.

Note about download
Downloading the installers/zip with some browsers results in the downloaded file to be blocked.
This causes the installer to misbehave and hang on "Checking for necessary disk space" during the installation or the extracted files to report fake errors.
To avoid such problem check the properties of the downloaded/extracted file and eventually unblock it.
