The standard menu bar on the Tracking main tab contains the following menus:

The drop-down menus contains options related to tracking layout.

The menu bar of the this main tab is defined in Fred4_TabItems.XML file, GN4ShellConfiguration > GN4ShellMenus > Menuset Name="Fred4Tracy".
