To install prerequisites on a computer to run GN4 client through ClickOnce, you must have administrative privileges or be able to validate as an administrator.

Important

Before you start install, close all applications currently running on your system - including other Miles 33 applications, Tera applications, Adobe applications, Microsoft Office applications, and browser windows.

Note: it is recommended to use Internet Explorer to access ClickOnce. If you prefer other browsers, you may need to install first the ClickOnce compatibility plug-in (see notes in the Auto-installing GN4 client through ClickOnce topic).

About upgrading from older version of GN4

If you are upgrading from an older version of GN4, you don't need to uninstall the previous GN4 version. Anyway, in case of problems, you may want to remove all the folders/files in ClickOnce folders.

About registering or activating GN4

There is no need to register or activate GN4.

About installer

You run the installer from a Web page. Ask your GN4 System Administrator to give you the URL address.
