Prerequisites are typically available as links on the ClickOnce access page.

Here's the description of prerequisites that need to be installed on a computer before you can run GN4 client applications:

Microsoft .NET FrameWork 4.5.1 (recommended) or 4.0 for all OS. Notes •For all platforms, we recommend that you upgrade to the latest Windows Service Pack and critical updates available from the Windows Update Web site to ensure the best compatibility and security. Installation of the latest Windows Service Pack may be required on some operating systems. •Framework 4.5 is preinstalled on Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 and when installing Visual Studio 2012. •.NET Framework 4.5.1 is available for download from the Microsoft Web site. •If installing Framework 4.0, use package .NET 4.0 FullProfile (and not Client Profile) at least for the server part of GN4 1.6. If using the .NET 4.5 instead, there is no distinction between .NET Client and Full. Web Service Enhancements (WSE) 3.0 for Microsoft .NET Redistributable Runtime. Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package

The required version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package depends on the version of the GN4 software and the OS (64-bit or 32-bit) on your computer:

Should the GN4 still fail to start, install both Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package 2012 and 2010.

Note: you need to be an administrator of the machine to install those prerequisites.
