The context menu on the Trash can main tab contains only one option - Undelete.

You can redefine existing context menu(s) of this main tab in Ted4_TabItems.xml file, GN4ShellConfiguration > GN4ShellMenus > Menuset Name="TrashCanMainTab" > ContextMenu.
