To add context menus to the Start main tab for Ted4, go to TED4_TABITEMS.XML file, GN4ShellConfiguration > GN4ShellMenus > Menuset Name="StartMainTab", while for Fred4 go to FRED4_TABITEMS.XML file, GN4ShellConfiguration > GN4ShellMenus > Menuset Name="StartMainTab".
