Another case where you cannot rely directly on InDesign measurement: in the InDesign document, the text byline is in the separate frame, but it makes no sense for Fred - you can put all items together. Therefore, measure the Y-position on the second frame and that will be the vertical starting point of frames. The X-position is the same as for the headline.
To create body frames
1.Press F and then drag over two columns.
2.Make sure that the Y-pos is 140pt and that the top of the frame sits on the horizontal grid.
3.Make sure that the height of the frame is 310.11pt and that the bottom of the frame sits on the horizontal grid.
4.Press 2 to resplit in three columns.
To get the body formatting
Double click in the body text on the InDesign page, and then read the values in the Control palette. See How to read InDesign Control palette for text? for more details.
To create a body format in EdAdmin
In EdAdmin4 create a format in the appropriate typography, and name it as you want. See more in About format naming. Then, by means of the Character... and Paragraph... buttons, enter manually the same values you did test on page.
