Opening editions in a multi-user environment

Only one user can open an edition for editing. All other users will be warned on the opening that they can open the edition only in read-only mode.

If the user accepts to open the edition in read-only mode, the editing functionalities are all disabled, and the edition is marked in the status bar as:

The default edition opening mode is "for editing".
