To convert highlighted block of text in notes mode / blind text, or to revert it back to the visible text, or to start to type in notes mode, do one of the following:

•On the Type menu, point to Character, and then click Blind.

•Press SHIFT+CTRL+X.

•Click the 'blind' icon .

Notes

•The notes mode/ blind text disappears from the WYSIWYG pane (or page), but it remains visible in the source pane in the user-defined color.

•To revert hidden comment back to printable text, you can also highlight more of the text which encloses hidden text, and then on the H&M tab of the character palette, in Mode, select Normal, and then click the confirmation icon.

•To remove all notes mode from text, use a script, explained in DeleteNotes.
