The hidden text is archived by default as normal text.

To avoid archiving of hidden text, you have to configure your XML export in a specific way. See Troubleshooting and FAQ for notes mode for instructions.

An alternative is to remove hidden text before archiving.

To remove all the hidden text from the entire article, use a script, explained in DeleteNotes.
