Edit cells in a table

1.Do one of the following:

To edit one cell, click it.

To edit more cells, drag across cells. Note: cells must contain at least one character for you to see which ones are selected; otherwise, it's not possible to verify what you've selected.

2.Enter the top margin in the Top margin box.
3.Enter the bottom margin in the Bottom margin box.
4.In the Vertical justification section:

Select the vertical alignment type in the first list. Available are: top, bottom, center, other.

If you've selected Other, then Above and Below edit lists are enabled as well.

5.Select or clear Draw horizontal rule, and Draw vertical rule. Rule are drawn only if their weight is greater than 0.

 

_noteThe cells of a table can be edited only for tables, originated by the procedure, explained in Creating a table (i.e. where the text contains appropriate unmodified GNML tags). They will not work for any table in which you modified original GNML tags, used styles, or additional manual tagging.
