GN4 provides several ways to check spelling.

Automatically correct spelling: To fix spelling errors without having to confirm each correction, use the Auto correction feature. For example, if you type definately and then type a space or other punctuation, auto correction replaces it with definitely. Auto correction makes corrections that are generated by a list of auto correct entries. You can easily add your own entries or remove unwanted ones.

Automatically check spelling as you type: To check for spelling errors "behind the scenes," use automatic spelling checking. As you type, the spelling checker check the text, and then mark possible errors with dashed underlines. To correct an error, select at least a part of marked word, right-click and then select Check spelling. If you find the dashed underlines distracting, you can temporarily hide the underlines until you are ready to make corrections.

Check spelling all at once: You can check for spelling errors, and then confirm each correction. This method is useful if you want to postpone proofing a page until after you finish editing it.

Check the spelling of text in another language: To check text in another language, you should install the spelling dictionary for that language.
