Apply paragraph style from palette

1.Click in a paragraph at any position, or select more paragraphs.

2.Click the Paragraph Style box in the toolbar and then select the paragraph style name from the drop-down list.
If the paragraph style is a variable style, a dialog box is displayed. Enter the values you want and then press 8.

Note: since version 2.5, you can prevent the dialog box to appear when applying variable paragraph styles. See the first note in Variable (parametric) styles for instructions how to prevent the dialog box to appear.

Insert paragraph break and keep the same style

Press ALT+Return.

Undo style apply

To undo the style you applied and to return to the previous style, press CTRL+Z.

Note

By default, applying a paragraph style won’t remove any existing character formatting or character styles applied to part of a paragraph.
