The purpose of this section is mainly for the Miles 33 support, to get familiar with the various aspects of the site structure, especially with the suitable time to intervene on the system without disrupting the production.
Name and description
State the system name and description.
Contacts
State the names of all technical and organizative contacts on site, for all contact methods (phone, mail, Skype, others).
Titles and products
State the number of titles and products.
Newsrooms
State the number of newsrooms (one for all products, one for product).
Production time
Enter also the typical production time for each day of week.
Enter also the best time range for each day of week to perform the maintenance, that also includes the stopping of the server (nobody on the system).
GN4 version installed
State the GN4 version installed and date when it was installed and by whom.
