State the steps to connect to the system from remote using various methods.
A typical method to connect to servers is the Remote Desktop. It will work only if the site enables it on the servers. On many sites, it will work only from the specific range of IP addresses.
Specify if a static IP is needed, and list the names/mails of the site staff who can enable your IP or change it (within the office hours or out of it), and also the procedure (if any) to request a new IP address to be added to the list.
If the site supports TeamViewer or similar remote access software, state the version, the user name and the password with all expiration methods (e.g. the password changes on each restart of the server etc).
Detail all necessary items (if VPN is required, or a special tunneling software, tokens etc).
