Put the list and description of server as a schema or as a list, with the short description about the purpose of each server and what's installed where.
Find below an example of very short description.
For each server, in a tabular format, state:
•The full DNS name of the server
•The IP of the server
•Which software (GN4 and other) is installed on the server
Pay special attention to specify the location of:
•SVN or other repository with custom configurations
•Add-ins and the Visual Studio Express software
•Click once generator and where the package needs to be deployed.
•Custom scripts to perform an upgrade
•Windows scheduled tasks (if used) - with the task name, purpose and schedule
