Use the Rotation (Rot) palette to review and change the rotation angle of the selected objects.

Use the buttons to select the rotation vertex, and the box or slider to set the rotation angle from 0 to 360. Slider changes the rotation angle for 1 degree. You can enter the values down to 0.1 degree.
Note: You can also use the rotate tool 
to rotate the selected objects by mouse.
