You can preview how a media gallery will look like when published on Web. The preview automatically refreshes when you change the order of the items in the gallery, or add or remove items.

To preview a Web look of a media gallery

1.Open a media gallery as explained in Open/close a Media Gallery.

2.In Target Destination, select the appropriate Web channel. Note: the destination must be configured properly, otherwise it won't work.

3.On the Preview pane, click Web Gallery tab.

Notes

•At the present time, the item preview reflects the size and cut of how the item will be published (therefore, the crop variant and not the original). See Previewing media gallery content to review the originals.

•The caption is displayed in the preview.
