Note: the below requires guides to be unlocked.

Move a singe guide

Click a guide, and then drag it to the desired position. If you drag it outside of the page margins or on the pasteboard, it will be removed.

To position a guide by entering its position, select the guide, and then on the Grid menu, click Edit selected guide. Enter the new position, and then click OK.

Since build 1.6.1910.x, in the Edit guide dialog box you can enter a math expression (ie: 41.155pt+10) in the Position field.

Remove a single guide

Drag the guide and drop it over the pasteboard.

Remove all layer guides

While on a page, on the Layout menu, click Remove All Guides.

Remove all master guides

While editing a master, on the Layout menu, click Remove All Guides.

Note: this won't change the default values of the column width, module height and gutters - they remain active as guides would be displayed.
