Lock or unlock guides

You can lock or unlock layer guides in the session, or by default. Master guides are always locked, except when you are editing a master page: then, their locking status depends from what's explained below.

1.	Open a page, or a master.

2.	On the Layout menu, select Lock guides.

On the Edit menu, click Preferences, click Grid, and then select or clear Locked.
