This chapter describes the ruler guides, detailing the differences between master and layer guides and column and module guides. Moreover, it explains the smart guides and snap to other objects. You will learn how to create/modify basic ruler guides on master, additional guides on master, the standard set of ruler guides on layer and the additional ruler guides on layer. Moreover, you will get familiar with rebuilding master guides, displaying and hiding guides, selecting and moving/removing guides, locking or unlocking, changing guides color and dashing, guides stacking.
