Images menu
Contents
This menu on the Pages main tab contains the commands related to images.
As you can customize the system configuration, your current set-up may be different than the one described in this document.

Display a dialog box to create a new dummy image. |

Display a dialog box to insert image. |

Display a cascading menu with the picture replacement options. See Fit, crop or resize a graphics while placing it for further details about the meaning of the options. |

Display the dialog box to upload content "as-is" (no conversion). |
Upload Images / Convert to Editorial Image... |
Display the dialog box to upload images and convert them to editorial images without displaying crop dialog box. |
Upload Images / Convert to Editorial Image (high-res)... |

Display the dialog box to upload images and convert them to editorial images with crop dialog box. |
Crop/Zoom Palette |
Display the dialog box to zoom and crop image on page. |

Remove all crop margins from the selected image. |
Restore |
Restore the selected image to the original size (if it was resized) |

Attempt to create an internal clipping path on page. |
Cut-Out |
Performs cut-out. |
Flip/Color submenu |

Flip Horizontally |
Flip the selected image horizontally. |
Flip Vertically |
Flip the selected image vertically. |
Convert to Gray |
Convert selected image to grey. |
Edit in Photoshop |
Edit the selected image in Photoshop (requires Miles 33 Photoshop plug-in). |
Replace Article Image With Dummy |
Replace the selected article image with a dummy. |

Styles submenu |

Apply the specified image style to the selected image. Note: 1/5, 1/4 etc. refers to the rounding radius, that is 1/5 of the shorter side, 1/4 of the shorter side etc. Remove will remove the style and return to the defaults. |
Refresh All Images on Page |
Refresh all images on the page. |
Update Selected Image |
Update the selected image. |
Update All Images |
Update all images on the page. |
Forget Image (in lib shape selection) |
Clears the last selection of the article image and prompts you again to select which image to use when using F6 to browse through article layout. |
Send Images submenu |
