The Articles listing displays articles. For each article, it shows: Name, Workstate, the last modified date and time, and the current folder. More information are available if you click the article name and display Properties.

If you select more articles (by ticking the leading check boxes), you can perform an action on all selected articles. Click the Actions button, and then select what you want:
