Search form section is typically part of the search criteria zone. It contains search fields, one below each other. Each field, typically, has a label (1). Some fields have also options selector (2).

Note: the label, field and options selector may be displaced vertically (one above each other), or horizontally. Horizontal displacement takes less vertical space, and it is useful on navigator which embed results under search form.

When the search form section is expanded, you can enter search criteria, and review it.
