Results are displayed in the results zone of a GN4 navigator, and vertically tiled with the content you are editing, e.g. an article on the Articles main tab, page on the Pages main tab, or Web page on the Publishing main tab.

The results shown there are very handy when you intend to drag a content onto your article, page layout or publishing channel. You can however make the results zone larger by dragging the vertical splitter between the navigator and content in editing, or collapsing the search criteria part on top.

Display results on a GN4 navigator

Display the appropriate navigator (see List of default navigators to choose the right navigator with the quick content pane)

Use the search control on the Navigator to enter the search criteria, and then click the refresh button.

This will display the results in the navigator results zone.

You may want to collapse the search criteria pane to give more space to results.

Refresh button

Click the Refresh button when done with entering search criteria, or after changing search criteria.
