As GN4 applications are installed manually, they do not appear under All programs on the Start menu.

Use the GN4 custom menu (as explained in Locate GN4 start menu), or locate GN4 applications through the instant search on the Windows start menu.

Click the Start button, and then enter Fred4, or Ted4. Typically, the application name appears on top of the list.
