Editorial Navigator

Editorial Navigator is available in the version 1.4 and newer on the Articles, Pages and Publishing main tabs. Use it to display articles, editorial images, wire stories and images, audios and videos and to get them to an article or to page.

This navigator uses the folderKind to limit the search only on folders of certain type. See Issues with folder kind for more information.

Where to configure Editorial Navigator

Find the Editorial navigator in the SHELL4_CONFIG.XML file under the EditorialPages base query section.

The Editorial Navigator is defined in the TabItems section as EditorialPagesNavTab under Ted4Articles and Ted4PubDests in Ted4_TabItems.xml, and under Fred4Pages in Fred4_TabItems.xml. The definitions are identical.
