Note: this step is needed only on a GN4 server.
Typically, you need to create several applications: the main application - where the GN4 will connect; the 'int' application, where the Administrative Browser connects; the i4 application (since 2.0) where i4 browser will connect.
1.Run IIS Manager, right-click Default web site and then select Add application. 2.In Alias, enter GN4. 3.In Physical path, enter the path where you extracted the GNPORTAL.ZIP file, e.g. <drivename>:\tera\gn4\web\gnportal. 4.Make sure the GN4 application pool you've created in the step Create GN4 application pool, is selected in the Application Pool. 5.Click OK.
