Create calendars in EdAdmin4, or in the GN4 browser interface. You need to create calendars before starting to receive events or to create tasks.
1.Launch EdAdmin4, and then under Security, click Calendars. 2.To list all existing calendars, under Parent, select <Root>. 3.To create a new root calendar, on the Action menu, click New. Otherwise, under Parent select an existing calendar: the new calendar will be its child. 4.In Name, enter an unique name of the new calendar. 5.In Access Permissions, click 6.Under Workstate, select the appropriate calendar workstate. Note: workstates are needed for tasks and events copy flow. 7.Under Partitions, leave as blank, or select an existing partition. 8.Click OK. |
