Typically, two workstates are needed for archiving:

•To archive workstate marks pages to be archived. Pages with any other workstate are skipped.

•Archived workstate marks pages that are already archived, so you know that the archiving for that pages was successful.

You can enter any name for above listed workstates, but have in mind that such names you need to enter also in group/user parameters (explained in Parameters for archiving).
