Add content by drag and drop

1.Locate a wire text and select it in the listing.

2.Do one of the following:

•Drag the wire text and then drop it on the article tree over the icon of the designated element.

•Drag the wire text in the opened element on the source pane.

3.The wire text is added to the article.

Searching for wire stories

Drag and drop an editorial image from a listing

1.Locate an editorial image and select it in the listing.

2.Drag it and then drop it on the empty space on the page.

3.Click the Link icon , or press L.

4.The image is added to the article, and its caption appears in the photoCaption element.

5.Now you can also delete the image from the page - it remains linked to the article, but not to the page.

Drag and drop an editorial image from the Article panel

1.Press A to open the article panel.

2.Click in the Article panel to bring it in focus.

3.Click an unlinked editorial image in the article tree, and then drag it on an empty space of a page, or on the placeholder.

Note: The drop of an editorial image from the article tree on an empty space of a page is available since the version 2.3.

3.Drop the image on the placeholder.

4.Click the Link icon, or press L.
