After you have found a topic, either by searching or by selecting a keyword, the topic is displayed in the right pane of the help viewer, but the table of contents is not necessarily synced.

To locate a found topic in the Table of Contents

To locate that topic in the table of contents, click the Locate button in the toolbar.
