Print, using a preset

If you regularly output to different printers or job types, you can automate print jobs by saving all output settings as print presets (presets). Using print presets is a fast, reliable way to print jobs that require consistently accurate settings for many options in the Print dialog box.

To print using a preset

1.Open the print dialog as explained in Opening the print dialog box.

2.In Configurations, select an appropriate configuration (preset), and then click Print.

You can access only the presets you are entitled to. If your system apparently does not contain any preset, contact your Systems Administrator to check your permissions. If you are a Systems Administrator, then see here for instructions how to create presets.
