Formats and character/paragraph defaults

You have to set the character and the paragraph defaults of each GNML format. This allows to users to type a plain text that is automatically formatted in an appropriate way.
The setting is mandatory.
By default, for new formats you create the factory settings are applied - but they are seldom appropriate for your system.
