1.Click the chosen paragraph at any position, or select more paragraphs.

2.Click the Paragraph Style box in the toolbar

3.Select a paragraph style or type its name.
If the current paragraph was formatted by another paragraph style, the new style will replace the old one.
If the current paragraph tag belongs to either hidden or character style, the new style is simply applied.
