SYMPTOMS

GN4 incorrectly displays or print fonts.

CAUSES

1.The fonts were wrongly imported in GN4, or the font layout is incomplete. For details, see General font checks.

2.If you are using ClickOnce package to run GN4, the ClickOnce cache might be broken.

PROCEDURE

1.To correct this problem, reimport fonts as explained in Reimport GN font metrics.

2.Clean the ClickOnce cache by deleting all files in the ClickOnce folders and restarting your computer before attempting to download the ClickOnce package again.
