In case of a crash, we need user-mode dump. See "To configure your computer to collect user-mode dumps (Windows error reporting)" in Installing WER and debugging tools for Windows.

IMPORTANT

Together with an user-mode dump, we need your entire BIN folder (in case of the client crash, the folder on the client computer; in case of the server crashes, the folder on the server computer). Moreover, we need symbols (PDB files). The symbols and BIN must be of exactly the same version and build.
